To satisfy customers more accurately and efficiently and to keep pace with the international market, CJE Capacitor has introduced a new Information Management & Production Tracking Platform. The platform covers ERP software for enterprise sales and inventory management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for monitoring production process, and the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management software) for tracking all technical data of products. The system was launched on August 30, 2022, and professionals were invited to work on site together with our support team. After four months of design, testing and adjustment, the platform was tested in pilot run on January 1, 2023, and officially available on April 1 of the same year. The implementation of the platform ensured the delivery time and product quality of customers while preserving a large amount of production management and technical data for customers, which in turn ensured the technical support work at a later stage.
